I was really pleased with the comfortable, modern decor at The Broughton Hotel By Greene King Inns. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made navigating the hotel easy for me as a senior woman. The atmosphere was lovely.

Really enjoyed my 2 nights here. The room was spacious and super clean. Staff were awesome, especially when I needed a late checkout! Breakfast was a nice surprise too, plenty to choose from. Just wish the bar had more options, but overall, it was a fab experience!

The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable, and the good breakfast featured delightful marmalade. the room was very dated with uncomfortable beds, which led to a poor night's sleep. the lack of adequate ventilation was an issue, as the window barely opened, contributing to an unpleasant atmosphere during our stay.

The hotel was a solid choice for our family trip, especially with the cozy double room and the lovely outdoor patio where we chilled with a drink. We really enjoyed the peaceful garden and the relaxing lounge area. The only downside was that the meals at the pub next door weren't quite our taste, but overall it was a pleasant stay! 😊

The lack of air conditioning is quite noticeable during warmer days!!! Unmanned overnight premises make for an unsettling atmosphere!!! Outdated bathrooms could benefit from a much-needed update!!!

We visited the local indoor shopping center and checked out a show at the theatre. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast had loads of tasty options. Our room was comfy and quiet, making it perfect for our group getaway.

One downside was having to deal with smokers near the entrance, which wasn't ideal for me as a non-smoker.
